At Pasta Reggio, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal pasta; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Process

    Upon delivery, please immediately check your package for any signs of damage or missing items to ensure your pasta is in perfect condition.

    Document Issues

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, take clear photographs of the packaging and the items within 24 hours of receipt.

    Resolution Process
